The Space
Our condo is on the first floor of a relatively small condo building close by to Hillsboro Village. The space is a modest 600 sq ft. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, queen sofa bed couch in the living room, dining table, and full kitchen (with a dishwasher). The bathroom is through the bedroom so be aware of this detail if you're booking for 4 people total. 

What makes this spot great isn't so much the property but the location. It's walking distance to both Vanderbilt and Belmont. Just down the street is Hillsboro Village which is full of restaurants, coffee, and bar options. Grocery is nearby as well. Honky Tonk Row is only 3 miles away.

*Note - the photos show a small sofa. We have since replaced the couch in the photos with a queen sofa bed.

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire unit and laundry facility on site in the basement of the condo complex. 

There is parking enough for 1 spot per unit. Additional parking can be found down the street from the condo.

We let our guests have their space but if needed will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

The Neighborhood
The condo is located just around the corner from both Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities and just down the street from Lipscomb University. It is just a couple blocks away from Hillsboro Village which boasts multiple restaurants and shops such as Double Dogs Sports Bar, Pancake Pantry, Jackson's, Fidos and Sweet Cici's.

Just a little further and you will find Belmont Blvd. and the Curb Event Center, Bongo Java, PM, Chagos and The Blvd. If you walk a couple blocks towards 12th Ave. you will end up in one of the hottest areas in Nashville, 12 South District. There you will find great restaurants, coffee houses and bars such as The Tap Room, Edley's Bar-B-Que, Burger-Up, Frothy Monkey, Portland Brew, Mafiozas, and Urban Grub.

Take a Lyft ess than 3 miles and you will find yourself in the heart of Honky Tonk Row!

Getting Around
ON FOOT
This location is in the heart of Hillsboro Village, just a 5 minute walk away from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

LYFT
This ride-sharing company has a strong presence in Nashville. Whether it is midday or midnight, just open your LYFT app on your smartphone and a ride will appear within minutes.

TAXIS
Nashville, like any other city, has taxis of all shapes and colors. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors (closest route to the condo is #3 or #7). The Music City Circuit route is free and includes many stops along key points of downtown Nashville.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card and pick out your red bike!

Other Things to Note
→ Upon booking, a Rental Agreement must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. You will receive the agreement to be signed upon submitting your booking. 

→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged. 

→ Rates – As you search for a place to stay in Nashville, whether a hotel or vacation rental, you'll notice that rates are steep.  If you think our rates are overpriced, take a look around and you'll find our rates are well below any hotel up the street. Repeat guest? Ask about our returning guest discount. 

→ The complex – the studio complex is aging. While we've taken measures to improve our condo, keep this in mind when booking. You won't be arriving to a fancy condo complex; it's a modest 3-story building sitting among the historic Hillsboro Village area. 

→ Please note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR NOISE as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you. We provide a sound machine for the unit but please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you! 

→ The bathroom – The only way to access the bathroom is by walking through the bedroom.  

→ Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→  Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. You have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. Coin-Op laundry is on site. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out.

→ Rest assured, our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

I have two things I was not in love with but managed. The lighting in the unit was very dark, the cups for drinking were very small. Finally, I could hear other folks in the unit above me, but that's not something in control of the owner, so we understood why it was so loud.

Great apartment in a great location in Hillsboro Village with quick walk to Vandy. Apartment is exactly as described -- clean, cozy, comfortable. Loved the local treats, travel toiletries, and all the necessary coffee fixings including programmable coffee pot! Will definitely stay here again.

To me, it's a job well done when I don't need to interact directly with anyone! I received my instructional email in a timely fashion, which was greatly appreciated.

I had a nice stay! I did make note in a private review via airbnb that this building wakes up VERY early...I saw many people headed to the hospital. Luckily my alarm was going off at 5:30 AM both days, but at 5:15 AM both days, it sounded like elephants overhead. I could hear neighbors conversations clearly through the bathroom wall. So in my situation, not problems at all, just want you to be aware should future patrons say anything! Otherwise, I felt the unit was appropriately priced for what it is. Definitely pretty bare bones and obviously very old, but clean and comfortable. The things that matter to me were excellent: comfortable bed, clean and soft linens, fluffy towels, hot water, and good water pressure.

The UrbanNashville property was close and conveniently located to Vanderbilt and all of my weekend destinations. I would recommend this property.

Before any booking is approved, our team will send over a Rental Agreement that must be signed and returned within 48 hours. Upon submitting your booking, your dates will be held for the next 48 hours. No payment will be collected until the Rental Agreement is returned and booking is confirmed. 

Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM - If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

Because the weekends tend to be our most popular time, we typically require a 3-night minimum and Friday and Saturday nights to be booked in the same reservation. Under certain scenarios, we can make exceptions to these rules so please don't hesitate to ask if you are looking for a 2-night stay on the weekend or a Saturday arrival or departure!  We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged.

  • If you are booking a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday or a major holiday please inquire with us before booking. Also, if you are booking a same day reservation after 2 pm, please message us before booking so we can ensure the unit is clean and ready for you.
  • Guest must inquire with us before booking if you will be bringing a pet - pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.
  • Reservations are subject to cancellation if:
    • The reservation begins or ends on a Saturday - we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together
    • The reservation begins or ends on a major holiday - this includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
    • A same day reservation is made past 2 pm and the unit is not ready and clean
