Looking for a place to stay for work or school? This 1 bedroom apartment is located in a central location to easily travel anywhere in Nashville. The unit sits in the center of the Hillsboro Village neighborhood. Close to Vanderbilt, Belmont, interstates, downtown...you name it!

The Space
Our second floor apartment is a cozy spot to call home while in town for an extended stay. The space is simple. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a living space with a table, small couch and TV, a kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware, and lastly, a washer and dryer. Another nice touch is the small back patio with a small table and chair to enjoy your morning coffee. 

The home was built in 1938. It's age is starting to show but we've taken measures to improve the small details making it a comforting space. The first floor is a separate unit with it's own entrance. You will often have neighbors below you depending on the time of year, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if they are ever disturbing you. Our team is available 24/7 and we do our best to ensure your stay goes smoothly through the entirety of your trip.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire unit on the second floor. The first floor of the house is separated and has a private entrance. The nicely sized driveway is share with the tenants below

The Neighborhood
The unit is located in Hillsboro Village which is home to the iconic Pancake Pantry, as well as local favorites: Fido, Jacksons, Hot&Cold and Cabana. New restaurants, coffee shops, Jeni's Ice Cream and much more. 

You will also be near Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Groceries are just down the street! Head a little further and you'll find yourself in 12 South, another great area of Nashville to explore.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
Both Vandy and Belmont campuses are about a mile away in either direction. The closest grocery is only a 7 minute walk away and Hillsboro Village is only a 15 minute walk away!

LYFT
This ride-sharing company has a strong presence in Nashville. Whether it is midday or midnight, just open your LYFT app on your smartphone and a ride will appear within minutes.

TAXIS
Nashville, like any other city, has taxis of all shapes and colors. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. The Music City Circuit route is free and includes many stops along key points of downtown Nashville.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
There is a small driveway to this house that leads to parking in the back as well as plenty of street parking available.

→ We rent the space for 30 days or longer only. We highly suggest giving us a call if you're interested in booking so we can explain and answer all questions you may have about your extended stay. 

→ Upon booking, a Rental Agreement must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. You will receive the agreement to be signed upon submitting your booking. 

→ Our monthly minimum varies depending on the time of year. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged. 

→ Please see our Terms and Conditions or give us a call regarding security deposit options for your extended stay. 

→ The house – the house was built in 1938. It's a historic home with humble charm. If you're looking for a more modern feel please reach out to us directly and we can suggest other properties available. 

→ Please also note before booking – our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your noise levels especially for the tenants below. Likewise, if tenants below are EVER disturbing you reach out to us and we will take care of it right away. 

→ Please inquire if you want to bring a pet!

→ Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ The unit is on the second floor, stairs are unavoidable.

→  Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 2 people. Entry & parking is around the BACK of the house. The A/C heat is a mini split system and there is a window A/C unit in the bedroom. There is no dishwasher. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ There is parking behind the house and plenty of street parking is available. The driveway is shared with the tenants below. 

→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. 

→ Rest assured, our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

→ A short term permit is unneeded as we only rent the space for 30 nights or longer

overall very positive experience. Only constructive feedback is that there were no serving trays, bowls or silverware .... so difficult for more than one person.

We only accept bookings for 30 days or more at this rental. We highly suggest giving us a call if you're interested in booking so we can explain and answer all questions you may have about your extended stay. 

Before any booking is approved, our team will send over a Rental Agreement that must be signed and returned within 48 hours. Upon submitting your booking, your dates will be held for the next 48 hours. No payment will be collected until the Rental Agreement is returned and booking is confirmed. 

Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM - If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

Booking Rules - We may be able to make exceptions to the rules below depending on the situation so please don't hesitate to ask!
If you are booking a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday or a major holiday please inquire with us before booking. Also, if you are booking a same day reservation after 2 pm, please message us before booking so we can ensure the unit is clean and ready for you.
  • Guest must inquire with us before booking if you will be bringing a pet - pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.
  • Reservations are subject to cancellation if:
    • The reservation begins or ends on a Saturday - we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together
    • The reservation begins or ends on a major holiday - this includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
    • A same day reservation is made past 2 pm and the unit is not ready and clean
