Choosing to stay at a vacation rental is an exciting experience that should be stress free. At UrbanNashville, we strive to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when staying with us:
24/7 availability - Our team is available 24/7. If you have ANY questions, concerns, or general feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out. Feel free to call, text, or email. For the quickest response, give us a call. For emergencies after hours, dial "0".
Check-in/Check-out Times - Our check-in is at 4:00 PM & check-out is at 10:00 AM - if you're looking to check in early or check out late, just ask and we can tell you about your options!
Key-less Entry or Lockbox - No need to worry about a front desk or meeting our team at the property. For your convenience, our properties are equipped with an electronic keypad or a lockbox. Each party will have a unique code assigned to the property during your stay. The code will activate upon check in time and deactivate upon check out.
Property Info - Every property will have a unique binder made specifically for each location. It will have info and tips about the property, neighborhood, and getting around. The binders are also available digitally for your reference! You'll find a link to the binder in your email upon final payment.
Bedding and Linens - we provide the bedding and linens for all our properties. There will be 2 towels and 1 washcloth provided per potential guest.
Paper products - there will be a paper towel roll for the kitchen and 4 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.*
Grooming necessities - A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as travel sized shampoo and body wash.*
Your basic cookware - for light cooking needs. If you're looking to go a bit more gourmet, consider bringing or purchasing the items needed. ~Please note, the "12 South Guest House" does NOT have a stove.
Cable TV - we recommend getting out and exploring Nashville but a bit of TV always helps with some much needed R&R time.
Complimentary WIFI - well, of course.
